Invitations and Accommodations

Hi, again!

Hopefully, you have all received your invitations to the STS-119 launch. Please note that, if you plan to attend the launch in February 2009, the deadline for registering yourself with NASA is October 31, 2008. The guestlist website is http://guestlist.jsc.nasa.gov/ . This is where you will register with your specific user ID and password (printed on the back of your letter).

You are under no obligation to attend the launch if you register, but registering will give you the advantage of up-to-date information on our current targeted launch date and very useful information on the mission, the crew, travel planning, and frequently asked questions.

Also, if e-mailing us specifically about the launch, please use our new e-mail address: sts119pilot@gmail.com . This will allow us to identify and to respond more quickly to your inquiries and to share information updates more readily between launch-goers -- hopefully, making preparations simpler and more streamlined for all of us! This will be especially important as more of our guests join our blog. :)
