Dear STS-119 Guest,

The landing of Space Shuttle Discovery is currently scheduled for Saturday, March 28, 2009, at 1:43 PM EST at the Kennedy Space Center (KSC) in Florida.

Please confirm with me by 4pm, Thursday, March 19, if you would like to attend. Those who provide a positive response will receive landing day check in instructions in a few days.

Please keep in mind that although KSC is the prime landing location, there is a possibility the space shuttle Discovery could land at the back-up landing site at Edwards Air Force Base in California, or at White Sands, New Mexico. Since KSC is the prime landing location, the decision to land at Edwards may not be made until after all attempts to land at KSC have been exhausted. Also, you will not be able to see the crew members after landing, as they will be under medical review until their return to Houston, TX.
