Watch your holiday mail!NASA has completed the next step in launch preparations. Formal invitations with ticketing information for the February 12th launch went into the mail today! Included in the mailout is an official NASA letter with enclosures.
Your package contains essential information for claiming your viewing tickets! Please read every enclosure carefully! We're told that friends and family have lost the opportunity to view past launches when deadlines were missed or instructions were overlooked. We don't want that to happen to you! Share in the fun in Florida --read carefully!
Also, because Shuttle Launch Dates are affected by many variables and can periodically change, we strongly suggest that you occasionally call the Johnson Space Center launch/landing hotline at (281) 483-3899, or the Kennedy Space Center newsroom at (321) 867-4636, or visit NASA's launch guest website at http://guestlist.jsc.nasa.gov/ for the latest information.
