The wait is over! Apparel with embroidered mission logos can be ordered now from Land’s End! Many different shirts, jackets, ballcaps, and other items from their catalog (see www.landsend.com) are suitable for embroidering. Call 1-800-760-4638 for a representative who is familiar with our logos. There is a charge for embroidery (typically less than $10). Here are the three available STS-119 mission logos:

This is our mission patch (above), with the names deleted and the border a bit narrower. It is Land’s End logo 0863151W. It might be too much embroidery for a shirt, but would be okay for a jacket.

This is the abbreviated logo that the crew wears on some of our shirts. It is Land’s End logo 0852424K. The thread color for “STS-119” can be changed if you don’t want yellow. This example is shown against a blue background; the background is not part of the embroidery.

This is not a crew logo; it was designed by the launch management team for our mission. It features the ISS solar arrays, with the ones that we are carrying shown in gold. It is Land’s End logo 0866178W. This example is shown against a black background; the background is not part of the embroidery.
